Do you offer a trial?

We don’t offer a trial but most of our themes are available as lite version for free which can be tested before purchasing the premium version.

Do you have a refund policy?

Yes we do! We firmly stand behind the quality of our products and will refund 100% of your money within 30 days of purchase if you are unhappy with our themes.

Do you offer support if I need help?

Yes! Top-notch customer support is key for a quality product, so we’ll do our very best to resolve any issues you encounter via our support page.

Do I get updates for your themes?

Yes! Automatic updates are available free of charge to all users with a valid and unexpired license key.


Do I need to renew my license?

Your license key is valid for one year from the purchase date. You need an active license key for continued access to automatic updates and support. License renewals will be rewarded with a discount on the current price of your license.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, your subscription can be canceled at any time from your account page. You will retain access to support and updates until your license key expires, one year from the purchase date.

Is it possible to upgrade an existing license?

Of course, you are allowed to upgrade a license at any time via your account page. The remaining amount can be paid by PayPal or Credit Card. Here you can find more information about license upgrades.

What is a "site"?

In our pricing, a “site” refers to the number of WordPress websites you can use our theme(s) on. Using the theme(s) on a subdomain count as a website too.


What payment methods do you accept?

Besides PayPal, we accept a variety of credit and debit cards via our secure payment processor. Payment details are encrypted and secure. No card details are stored on our server.
