How to Install MH Themes?
In this article, we will walk you through a step-by-step procedure on how you can install our Themes. There are two ways to install our themes, the first option is by using the uploader, and the second option is by using FTP.

Install via uploader
- Login to your website and go to the admin dashboard.
- Once you logged in, Select Appearance -> Themes -> Add New from the side menu.
- After clicking the Add New, you will be redirected to Add Theme window, there you can click the “Upload Theme” button.
- Click the “Choose File” to upload the mh-theme-name.zip file included in the downloaded package, click “Install now” and activate the theme.
Install via FTP
- Extract the mh-theme-name.zip file locally.
- Connect to your server and navigate the folder /public_html/wp-content/themes.
- Upload the local folder “mh-theme-name” into the themes directory on your server.
- Login to your website and go to the admin dashboard.
- Select Appearance -> Themes from the side menu.
- Click the Activate Theme link.
You have now successfully installed the theme.

However, there are times that you will encounter issues while installing the theme in WordPress. Be mindful of the said issues below for you to know what to do if you encounter these problems.
Possible issues during WordPress theme installation
There are two common issues that may occur during the installation of WordPress themes through your WordPress dashboard. The first issue is that you’ve already extracted the zip file before uploading your theme. Please note that WordPress requires a zip file in order to install the theme. That means please don’t extract the zip file and in case you’re running a program or a browser (e.g. Safari) that automatically extracts zip files after download, you need to turn that off.
The other common issue is that you possibly get an error that says that the uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini. This error is the result of a limitation on your server which you can easily fix within a few minutes.
